I am using the Print Pro plugin to print quotes in my app. I have created a quote page that shows a preview of the quote and then when the print button is pressed to run the Print Pro workflow to print an element (In my case the group containing the quote) sometimes it works great but lately, I have been getting a result where nothing is formatted correctly. I have tried giving the plugin more time to print but that doesn’t seem to help. any suggestions on what might be causing this?

Can you please confirm if you are using the latest version of the plugin, have you tried to change the version of the plugin and see if this will help?

Namely, screenshots and screencasts of your workflow setup, plugin element, group that is printed, the issue you see, and the expected result, for screencast recording we can suggest using the Loom tool.

Hope you are doing well.
Just wanted to notify you that we have updated the Print Pro Plugin to Version 1.23.0. and fixed the plugin’s live demo page.
As you can see printing works without any issues, make sure to select the proper page size and other printing options like background graphics in the Print browser window.
