Probleme with Page to PDF Converter Plugin

Hi,

I use the page to pdf converter plugin for 1 month and everything was fine until today.
It’s seems that the plugin didn’t upload the pdf to AWS.
I tried to make some changes to find the problem:

  • I increased the maximum file size.
  • I deleted all the id in the “ignored element ID” field.
  • I upgraded the plugin to the last version

Can someone help me please ? <3

We have tested the plugin on our end and it is working properly.

Therefore, can you please share the details of your setup (screenshots, video recordings, and workflows) so that we can investigate the issue and see what might cause it?

Thank you very much for your fast answer !

Im sending a video to show you the problem.

I have a button which called “Generer un PDF” and when I press it, it trigger a worklow wich call the action “Generate pdf from html server side ConvertertoPDFv2.0 A” and show a loading animation.
Beside of that, I have a “Do when ConvertertoPDFv2.0’s uploadingtoawsfinished” workflow that save the PDF to DB and hide the loading animation and refresh the page.
As you can see, the “Do when Workflow” isn’t triggered, so i assume that the the PDF can’t be generated. It’s really strange because last friday everything was fine.

It seems like your setup is correct. To be able to investigate the root cause of the issue you have, I need to test the plugin in your environment. Therefore, can you please add our Support email to the list of collaborators to your application and provide me a link, so I can take a look?

To add our Support Team as a collaborator, you need to do the following steps in the Bubble Editor:
Settings > Collaboration > Add email support@zeroqode.com. You can do this even if your app is on the Hobby plan, as our account is on an Agency.

This will allow me to identify any possible cause much faster.
