@larryschul we have managed to fix the Company Details call, but this one is a Bubble related issue, unfortunately. We have submitted a bug_report to Bubble a while ago, so this is something we cannot influence I’m afraid, but you can submit a bug report here https://bubble.io/bug_report as well, as it can speed things up when multiple users report the same issue.

any “hacks” you can think of to help me get around this i can try in my app dev process… or are we just at the “mercy” of bubble here… other questions is bubble – i am still fairly new to the “bubble family” – in general – are they pretty quick with bug fixes… or is this something that could take a while… (i understand you can not answer on behalf of bubble… just looking for your opinion based on your history with them) thanks
the other idea — if i woork directly in prod (not a sandbox from the QB end) – would that help get around this issue… since it appears the problem is when putting the sandbox- prefix into that field — if i am hitting my prod qb install… i wouldnt need to enter anything there — am i correct?

You can be sure that Bubble team is working on all fixes and is going to provide an update as soon as possible and as a matter of fact, it seems that Bubble has already fixed it. Please give it a try again in your app, you should be able to modify it and play around with your sandbox, because it is the best idea before going Live.
However, if you encounter the same or any other issues, you can always remember that there is an option to shoot a bug_report here https://bubble.io/bug_report and Bubble will always reply and work on fixes, or in case it concerns our products - you simply post your request and our team will check on it.
