QR & Barcode Reader - I'm having problems reading smaller sized barcodes

I’m having trouble reading smaller sized barcodes.

We only use EAN13 or EAN8.

I came to the conclusion that when using smaller printed barcodes, the camera cannot focus.

I believe that, due to the multiple cameras on some smartphones, an option is needed for the user to inform which of the rear cameras he wants to use.

Larger codes it can read and return the value, but smaller ones cannot.

Another option would be to use the macro camera.

Thank you for reaching out.

We’ve had a similar issue in the past, and our developers have concluded that it’s more of a camera problem than a plugin’s issue. Therefore, we suggest using a bigger bar/qr code, as there is no other solution at this moment.
