QR barcode scanner is not working on iPhone?

Yesterday I bought your qr and barcode scanner for bubble apps

First it works, now i see this on the same iphone xr in safari

Om my macbook it still activates the camera

Preferences of my iphone is set to accept access to the camera for safari

What went wrong?!

Yes I have tried and it worked.
I was getting a popup “accept camera to open”
Directly after that I checked my bubble and it worked too.
Question is why did I nog get that popup?
and where can I give access for “always open”?

Hi @marco

This could due to reasons like the camera setting was blocked for Safari in Privacy Settings

or issue with Safari browser maybe.

You could try this guide:

  • Launch Settings from your Home screen.
  • Tap Safari . You’ll have to scroll down to find it.
  • Tap the switch next to Camera & Microphone Access . It’s down under Privacy & Security .
