Question about the file transfer template

I am new to Bubbles. Just started checking it out less than an hour ago. I was browsing the templates, and this one caught my eye:

I see that it is $137. I would like to clarify what exactly I am getting for that amount. I tried the preview, and noticed that it “appeared” to be a service offered by FileTransfer, LLC. Is that just because it’s a preview? That is, if I buy this template, would I be able to edit it, and then it would say it is offered by whatever name I put, and the emails and such could be tweaked? Or, is the template just a visual front-end for someone else’s service? Thank you.

exactly, it’s just a dummy content

yes, absolutely, you’ll be able to edit anything, visuals, database, workflows etc.
The template is not just front end but a completely functioning app as you can see by playing with the preview.
