Question Regarding Bubble Page to PDF Converter

Hi :slightly_smiling_face:
Thank you for your amazing plugins.

I have a question regarding the Bubble Page to PDF converter. It seems that during the process of uploading a PDF to our own S3 bucket, the generated PDF file is also being stored in a bucket named “bucket-pdf.”

As ensuring the security of our clients’ data is a top priority for us, could you please provide more information on how the PDF files stored in the “bucket-pdf” bucket are handled?

If this issue has been addressed in previous threads, I apologize for the duplication.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Best regards,

Hi @y_ksmt1,

Thank you so much for reaching out to us and for using our plugins! :hugs:

When we introduced the feature for PDFs to be uploaded to AWS, we encountered a limitation with uploading larger PDF files directly to your bucket. Specifically, if the PDFs were larger than 6MB, the uploaded PDFs were either of very low quality or couldn’t be uploaded entirely.

To address this, we upload the PDFs to a private bucket that we own. These files as well as the URLs are automatically deleted after 5 minutes , allowing users to upload the file to their AWS bucket within this 5-minute window.

I hope this provides you with more clarity and reassurance that the files we store are not accessible by anyone.

If you have any other questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to me here on the forum or directly at support@zeroqode.com.
