Question about this template. Does this make a web site and an app? I know it has a web backend, but does it also have a web site part? Thank you.

Our templates are built on Bubble, and when you buy a template, you receive the Bubble configuration and it is fully modifiable. There is no source code for these templates per se because they are built without code 
as a constructor.
Everything about our templates can be customized - design, workflows, database and all the settings like domain, SEO parameters etc.
You can jump back and forth from backend to frontend to configure the DB and the design/functionalities of your web application. The templates come as responsive web applications, which means they work well on desktop and mobile browsers.
