Reorder RG - Saving to DB with action not working

Hi,

I have been trying to get the saving to DB with action feature to work for a couple days now and nothing is working. I have replicated it exactly as it is on the demo page but still nothing. I created a test page with a separate db to break it down simply and still nothing. It lets me reorder the rows on the RG and I can see it visually change but when I click on the save button and using the ‘Sync of sorting with DB’ action - it simply doesn’t save anything. I think maybe the plugin is currently broken.

  1. Configuration Verification: Ensure that the “Sort data” field in the plugin settings is correctly mapped to the “Order” field in your database. The “Sort ID” should also match a unique identifier (e.g., “unique id” as configured).
  2. Workflow Setup: Check the “Sync of sorting with DB DraggableRG A” workflow. Confirm that the action is triggered correctly on the “Save” button click and that it updates the database with the new order. The “Only when” condition should be set to “Click” to ensure it executes on-button interaction.
  3. Database Permissions: Verify the data rules for the “TEST” type. Ensure that the “Current User is logged in” rule allows “Modify via API” and “Delete via API” for the “Order” field, as these permissions are necessary for the plugin to update the database.
