Hi,
When i create the workflow to generate the csv, that works fine. But i’m trying to schedule a custom event to delete the generated file after 1 hour.
For that, when i click a button, i set a state to a group with the rg-to-csv-A value as text.
The problem is when i click, the file is generated but the state isn’t dispalyed.
When i click a second time, a second file is generated, but, the state is the url of the first file !?
I think i need help

I found the issue…
I had already added action “Add pause before the next action”.
My problem is that my pause time was 100ms. It turns out that the minimum time for this to work is 1000ms.

I have another question 
I’m trying to delete the file after download it, but it doesn’t work.
I have a workflow “Schedule api” with a scheduled date “current date/time + 20 sec” pointed to > delete uploaded file.
Any help will appreciated.

We are sorry for our late response.
Firstly, please note that the “Delete” action is not provided by this plugin by default. For this reason, we can’t provide you exact advice on scheduling the custom event to delete the generated file after 1 hour, for example.
However, please find below screenshots of our proposal for your case:
Due to the fact, that all files go through File Manager in our DataBase, you can set a special action “Delete an uploaded file” instead of creating the custom API.
