Reveal & Hide Password Error

Hello,

I am having this error in Bubble when I tried to implement the plugin. I check the demo, the password format is applied and ID of the element is also correct. Could someone help me?

Thank you so much,

Delia

Hi @DeeliaPatricia,

Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, we are not able to reproduce this error on our side. Could you please share more details, especially screenshots and/or screencast of your design setups (any group, input, icon, button and their settings with conditionals), plugin element settings, where you place the ID, and your preview results of course, so we can see the exact steps to replicate it on our side, then come back with a better feedback asap!

Also, additional details like browser and OS version, console logs when error pops up.

Best,
Alex

Am I missing something? Please let me know if you need anything else.

Thanks @DeeliaPatricia,

We are still not able to replicate it on our side, unfortunately. Could you please add support@zeroqode.com to your collaborators list. Go to Settings / Collaboration tab within editor and add our account.

Also, please tell us your app/project name and page name where this problem occurs on test, and the exact steps to follow to reproduce it. Alternatively, you can create a blank page for testing purposes so we can tweak it if you don’t mind, as it will speed things up.

Note: ignore the message regarding plan, as we are an agency and you can easily add our support account to your list.

We’ll check on it inside your app then get back to you asap!

Ready! added the email already.
Project name: Welby
Page name: rescatista_registro

Steps to follow: Just type any password in this field and press the eye icon,

You will be able to see the notification there. Its ok, you can tweak it in the same page, thats no problem at all.
This is page!

I just checked and its working! Woooho! What did you guys do? Was I doing something wrong?
(I am so happy btw!)
Thank you so much!

Hi @DeeliaPatricia,

Thanks for feedback. It is strange because we haven’t done anything to your app and now it is working. Perhaps it was a temporary bug, but we can see you are using this plugin inside a Reusable Element. It is not a big deal and works fine even on our side, but such details are really important for investigation when sharing screenshots among with other details.

Let me know how it goes further if you encounter any errors again!

Cheers

It came back! This is sooo weird! Because the one that says “Contraseña” (Password) works perfectly. But I did a second one for “Confirmar Contraseña” (Confirm Password) and the same error appeared.!

I am confused!

Delia

Thanks @DeeliaPatricia for getting back.

Could you please try to use just a single plugin element on page, because usually we do not design our plugins to work with multiple elements on the same page, but the idea is that you can simply place a single Reveal element and then use this one for as many inputs as you want (just use different IDs for each).

Let me know how it goes.

Fixed! It is working now! thank you Alex!

Thanks @DeeliaPatricia for feedback!

I’m glad it is working fine on your side as well. If you like our plugin so far, could you please rate it by going to Plugins tab within Bubble editor? You can find it by name and give as many stars as plugin deserves. The more feedback we get, the more motivated we are to build great plugins!

Cheers
