RG Drag & Drop Not working the first time I drag the cell

Hello guys, finally I’ve got the plugin working with the RG in “Full List” Layout Style, but I have a problem, it only drags the cell the second time I do it in other Layout Styles, the “item moved” workflow to change the “Order” field of the Thing doesn’t work the first time I drag the cell of the repeating group. When I drag the cell the second time afterwards it works fine… I need it to work all the time in “Vertical Scroll” Layout… One thing is that the repeating group and the draggable element aren’t visible when the page is loaded, but when a custom state has changed… Thank you, look forward your help.

Thank you for reaching out and for your purchase.

If I understand right, you are moving cells from one RG with the layout set to Full List to another RG with the layout set to Vertical Scrolling.
I’ve tried to reproduce a similar setup on the test page and as you can see in the video below the items are moving without any issues.

Namely, screenshots and screencasts of your workflow setup, plugin element, Repeating Group used, the issue you see, and the expected result, for screencast recording we can suggest using the Loom tool.

Hi Igor, thanks for your response.
This happens when moving the cell for the first time after RG is loaded (visible) in the same RG, when the RG is 5 Rows, 3 Columns, and Layout Style is “Vertical Scrolling”. After the first movement everything works fine. When I choose “Full List” Layout Style it works fine from the first time I move the cell.

Thank you for your reply.

Due to the fact that we have additional questions regarding your setup, can you please add our Support Team email to the list of collaborators to your application and provide a link to your app, the name of the page/group, credentials to log in and step-by-step guide how to reproduce the error?
This will allow us to check your settings and reproduce them on our side to find whats causing the issue.

To add our Support Team as a collaborator, you need to do the following steps in the Bubble Editor:
Settings > Collaboration > Add email support@zeroqode.com

Note: avoid the warning message regarding the plan, as we are an agency and you can easily add us to your collaborators.
