Ridely App Crash on launch

Hello, I have bought the Ridely app, tested on the website and everything was working fantastically.

Then I bought the native + App and google store publishing service recently. After getting it to testflight the app seems to crash everytime it launch. Kindly advice what should I do?

Please specify if you’ve used our Native service or any other. In case it was our service, please share the name of the application (in DM) so we can check on our side what could be the issue.
