Safari incompatibility with Screen Recorder (Bubble app)

We’re using the Zeroqode Screen Recorder in our Bubble app to provide Loom-style screen + camera recording. It works well on Chrome/Edge, but we’re hitting an issue on Safari.

In Safari am not able play the vedio from screen recorder , the recording appears to complete, but the resulting file won’t play in our player (Bubble video / HTML <video>).

Any Solution please?

Its getting downloaded as zero byte file .

I can confirm that I have also reproduced this error on our demo page.

Our development team has already been notified of this issue and will try to fix it as soon as possible.

For me its still downloading 2 files in safari , one with zero byte and one actual file . Dont know why!

We have some additional questions regarding your setup and we would be happy to help you resolve any issues. Would it be possible for you to add our Support Team email to the list of collaborators in your application and provide us with a link to your app? This will enable us to check your settings and reproduce them on our side to identify the issue.

To add our Support Team as a collaborator, please follow these steps in the Bubble Editor:
Settings > Collaboration > Add email support@zeroqode.com.

Please note that you may receive a warning message regarding the plan, but since Zeroqode is on an Agency plan, you can easily add us to your collaborators.

After you add it, please send me a link in a private message, indicating the page where the plugin is located, as well as the password, if you have one set up in your application.

Please record a Loom video from our plugin demo page showing this error, and please specify the version of macOS you are using and the model of your device.

We tested the plugin on MacOS with the same version as yours on several devices and found no issues.

We have created a test page for you with this plugin. Please check if the plugin works as it should here.
Also, try testing this plugin on another MacOS device, as the problem may be specific to your device.
