My use of the zeroqode video recorder plugin, as well as the demo version that’s made available, fails when used from Safari browsers but work fine from chrome, even chrome on the same macs.
One one mac, the error I receive is that the mime type isn’t supported. On another mac, the plugin reports “Error in recording start” and the console log reports “Error: Video Recorder stream is not created”.
Is there some trick to getting video recording to work on safari?

Firstly, please accept our apologies for the delayed response. 
We’ve been investigating the issues you reported. We were able to replicate the error message regarding the unsupported MIME type on the Safari Browser. However, the second error message, “Error: Video Recorder stream is not created,” hasn’t appeared on our end. To get to the bottom of this, we’ll closely examine it with our developer team and provide updates as soon as possible.
In the meantime, if you could share a video recording that showcases the “Error: Video Recorder stream is not created,” along with any browser console screenshots if possible, it would be immensely helpful for our investigation.
