Please make sure you have set up the plugin correctly, following the documentation and provided demo page, plus make sure you are using the latest plugin version.
In case you are sure everything is checked and is correct, please create a detailed bug report of the issue you have. I need to see your use case setup (everything which involves the plugin’s content) and how you reproduce the issue. For this, please create a short Loom or Bubbles video. Please enable the browser console when you reproduce the issue and record the video - in case there is anything logged there.
