SENDINBLUE not working =(

Hello everyone, I`ve been trying to use sendinblue, but i spent the last 2 days trying to make it work. Checked the forums and online tutorials, and nothing… :pleading_face:

I am not receiving emails at all. They are not even going to SPAM.

Here is the loom, of the situation
FYI - I already tried putting the API key on both fields and still didn`t work

Can you please record a one more video but now, with a “Step-by-step” mode of the “Debugger” ? I need to see what parameters you are sending at the plugin’s action when you press the button “Cadastrar”. We have to check all the actions to understand where can be the issue.

Please note, that we replicated exactly everything that you have done, but our emails were being sent…

Well, I can suggest you other alternative solutions for your case:

  • Please make sure that your Sendinblue account is verified, and that the email address you are sending messages from is also verified by the Sendinblue service;

  • Please test the plugin on a new blank page (exactly the action of Sending mail);

  • If nothing else helps, please try to create a new account/api key for your Sendinblue application…

My client have a website. They used sendinblue in past.

Now, we started a new account for client. Sendiblue denied account as they say our client business is Ammo based. Ouer website is Bulk Cheap Ammo.

Any recommendations what platform we can use to send newsletters?
