Hello,
I have been using the Bubble.IO Sendinblue HTML Plugin for almost a year now and it was working perfectly!
How ever I found out that it’s not working anymore.
If I send an email in my test environment it’s working flawlessly.
In Production it doesn’t work.
My sendinblue account is verified. I created a new API Key.
I have no clue what the issue is.
Is there any known error or can you suggest any help?

You are right, the latest plugin version 1.8.0 is not functioning well. For now, when we are managing the plugin fixes, you can use the previous plugin version (1.7.0).

Unfortunately going back to 1.7.0 or older doesnt’t work.
It seems like the plugin has only issues in production environments.
I am not sure if it can’t process the HTML content and conditions.
It works perfectly in test. So I don’t understand.
Is there any projected timeline on this issue. I am running an application for a customer and I have not alternative solution to this issue : -(
Sendgrid is just a pain in the ass and I prefer SendInBlue.

As for your case, I totally understand the inconvenience this has caused you, really sorry about that. Please try to use static values in the plugin action to keep it running during this time.

Christian, please allow me to mention that the reason, that caused the mentioned error, was not the plugin itself, it might be about your workflow and its conditions.
We just create a test page in your app, which ultimately works correctly in both versions. Here: Recyclev1 | Bubble Editor
Please check our test page and use it as a reference. It’s quite difficult to say what is wrong with your workflow, because as we see you are using another plugin that we cannot be sure if the setup is correct. So, I would like to suggest you create a new page, use our setup as a reference, and give it another try.
We’ve used your text with new dynamic values. Basically, we just set the state, and create a new custom state and value. And use it in the message body.
