Hello out there…
I’m seeking a plugin that would allow a user to stream a video to my bubble app. The video stream could been seen by anyone who has a link, the same way anyone can see a live stream on youtube.
Record this would be a bonus, but not required currently.
Is the Twitch Chat-N-Stream the best option that is offered for bubble.io by zeroqode for what I am referecning?

For video stream we have 2 plugins:
If you want to retranslate a twitch stream in your bubble application, the Twitch - Chat and Stream plugin will suit you.
Please test the Web Demo for it here.
If you want to stream online from your bubble application, the Agora Video Conferencing - Web RTC plugin will suit you.
Check please Web Demo for it here, as well as checking its documentation here to see whether it satisfies your need.
Note: this plugin does not support the function of recording and saving the stream to the database yet.

Twitch plugin - does not have a recording feature.
Agora plugin - does. The Streaming component of this plugin has a cloud recording feature, the video conference component - has not.

No, unfortunately, you can only do a live video stream using the Agora plugin. It does not allow uploading video files. For this, you may use Bubble’s standard File Uploader and Video player elements, or some paid analogs.
