Is it possíble to setup the stripe so at the same time the payment goes to the store and we keep comission as set ?

Yes, it is possible to keep your commission through the Stripe plugin. I may suggest you to look at our Stripe Marketplace Express Plugin
which is more diverse in its capabilities and more customizable. You can create Custom, Express, Standard Account, and also to connect an already existing Standard Stripe Account, using actions of our plugin.
So, you can set the commission using plugin action Seller charge a customer and set the commission amount in the APP fee filed
