why is it not letting me buy the template i contacted my bank and they are good on their side but they said bubble is not showing a exact amount being charged and i contacted bubble and they said its not upto them its a stripe problem stripe blocking the transaction and they said it will take a few days for them to get a response back from stripe. this is giving problems just to buy a template please help
Hello, i understand the frustration, but unfortunately, there is not much we can do from our side at Zeroqode. The transaction goes through Bubble, and they use Stripe for all their payment automation. Stripe has some in built mechanisms to minimize the risks, so I would suggest to reach out to Stripe’s support providing them as much details as possible.
