Stripe error on mobile

I get this error trying to make a payment on mobile. I am using the Kofi template and followed the instructions in the documentation.

Hi @michael.thaney, thanks for reaching out and for your message.
Please add our support@zeroqode.com as a collaborator of your app.
That will allow us to check what’s wrong with your setup and test it out in our workspace.

Enter your Bubble editor page → Settings → “Collaboration” tab → Invite a user (email).

(Note: disregard the warning message regarding the plan, as we are an agency and you can easily add us to your collaborators.)

I will check your setup and do a few tests in an attempt to find the root cause and help you fix it.

In case it is ok for you, please let me know.

@Serg I added support as a collaborator and also tested in Safari and Chrome on an iPhone 13 Pro Max. IOS Version 16.2

Thanks @rizwan.techloyc but I don’t see that error on the Stripe page.

Hi @michael.thaney, thanks for providing access to your app and for your patience.
The error appears once the user toggle on the option “Accept Payments” (in Settings > Payment) but does not include yet a Stripe Account ID, so the flow doesn’t know where to redirect the amount donated and the error drops.


To solve it, receiving user needs to connect his Stripe account.
