I had purchased stripe express by zeroqode yesterday. i am working with freelancer who already familiar with this but he didnt know it doesnt work here in india so realizing there will be no use of this investment i request zeroqode to kindly make a refund and add a note in the plugin so that in future nobody else can loose there hard earned money. I hope you understand my situation and do a kind gesture for me.

We understand your situation and frustration, but unfortunately, we are not able to satisfy your refund request, as according to our Terms & Conditions, there are no refunds on plugin/template purchases. It is also the user’s responsibility to check if the plugin/service is available in their country, as there are many countries that change their regulations regularly and some of the services become available there over time.
