I see that some templates are made using the new responsive engine. But some are not, like the Headstarter Pro I just pruchased.
Will all templates be responsive friendly with the new engine ?

Yes, of course! our team is working hard to make all the templates responsive friendly with the new engine. Currently, our developer team is trying to update all templates in accordance with the new responsive engine. It just might take some time I’m afraid.
I assure you, Headstarter Pro is one of our top templates so we plan to update it as soon as possible. 
We will definitely notify you when the update is complete.
