Template Bug - Estimly

Hi All,
I’m currently considering purchasing the Estimly template as a kickstart to my next project. Although some customisation will certainly be required, it looks like I will get a significant head start. However, while testing out the functionality on the demo, I discovered that the ‘Add New Question’ button, when creating or editing a questionnaire is bugged. The loading bar scrolls, but no new question is added.

Before I make a purchase, I just want to dip my toe into the forums to see what support is like when issues like this crop up.

We have tested this template from our side and would like to confirm that it works in normal mode. So, the issue you have faced is not reproducing on our side.

Thanks, I appreciate your help and the video. I’ve just double checked to make sure I’m not going crazy and the issues persists, although I login with an account I created, not the demo login.

I apologize for that confusion.

We suggest that you are not able to add new questions in the questionaries, which are provided in the Demo application because you probably have a free plan.

In the process of using this template with a free plan, certain limitations allow only Checking out and exploring Estimly.
Allow me to advise you upgrading on your Plan ( in Test Mode) to try all the functions of this template.

You can change your current plan in the user sidebar, by clicking on the Billing tab.

I just purchased the template, it’s great, thanks! Where can I find an article on how to configure the template (remove demo features), set myself up as an admin, etc. I’m sorry if this is basic, but I’ve not worked with any zeroqode templates before; I’m used to starting with a blank page!
