Text File Conjurer Strange Request

It seems that the text file conjurer is generating an error:
“Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 400 ()” for url https://plst237.com/api/1.1/wf/plst

Looking in the plugin code, it has this header:

What is this and why is it failing?

Hello @sean.paley,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

The error message you received, as indicated in the link you provided, suggests that your application has reached its usage limit for the Workflow API. This means that the issue is related to the Bubble plan limit, not the plugin(img).

Could you please go to your “Logs” tab and check for any spikes in workload or related messages there (img)?

Thank you once again, and I wish you a great weekend ahead!

Best regards,
Stefan

@Stephan this has nothing to do with my application. This is a link included by your plugin, which seems to connect in a bit of a suspicious way to that linkapp

Apparently it no longer raises an error, put here you can see the file on your demo app.

Hello @sean.paley,

Thank you for your message and for keeping us updated.

I apologize for any confusion caused by my previous response. Yes, the plst server must be used to ensure continuous operation of the plugin in the browser.

It appears there was a minor glitch with the server where it’s hosted, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

We will keep monitoring the situation to prevent future occurrences.

If you have any more questions or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Thank you once again, and I wish you a wonderful day ahead!

Best regards,
Stefan

Hello,

Not sure if related to above reported issue, but I’m finding the below issues:

    • After triggering the “Upload File Conjurer”, the file conjurer’s url is sent as parameter “url” to a Scheduled API. Problem is: the parameter is not passed along (is empty). I have tried to add a pause between both actions (to allow for the File conjurer url to be completed), but it does not change a thing.

    • There is no way to reset the file conjurer alone without refreshing the page.
    • The action related to the “file conjurer upload” does not appear in Bubble’s server logs, making it impossible to troubleshoot.

Thanks for your support.

Tim

Hi @timmarcie ,

Thanks for flagging these issues and providing the screenshots!

To better understand what’s happening, could you please confirm which version of PDF Conjurer you’re using, Free / Pro?

From what you’ve described, this looks like a timing issue. The File Conjurer URL is likely not fully generated by the time your workflow triggers the Scheduled API, which is why the url parameter appears empty.

Once we confirm the plugin version, we can provide guidance on the best way to ensure the URL is ready before triggering subsequent actions.

Looking forward to your reply!

Best regards,

Hello Mina,

Thanks for your answer.

In fact, the issue was on my side as I had not understood how to use the plugin “Event”.

Now it seems ok.

Sorry for the troubles
