Services Plugins FAQs

theCountable plugin is showing errors

I am using theCountable plugin in a bubble page with new responsiveness feature.

The counts specified are working.
And I am using the plugin with Multiline Inputs.

Unfortunately when I go to debug_mode this errors are shown:

I would like to know if this is happening because there is some incompatibility with the new responsiveness feature. Anybody know?

Thanks in advance,

Uelinton

Hello, @user13
Thanks for using our plugin and for reaching out.

We have tested the plugin performance, using the new responsive engine and all is working properly.
Thus, in order to analyze the result from your debugger, can you please share with us the screenshots of your current plugin settings ( plugin element and multiline input)?

It will help us to replicate the settings and check an exact root cause
Best regards,

Sure,

Hello, @user13
Thanks for the screenshots.

After analyzing the provided screenshots, seems like the main issue is related to the ID, which is the same for each element.
The ID should be unique for each element and could not link elements to each other.

However, due to the fact that an exact issue could not be found and the construction of your application is not entirely clear, can you please add our Support Team email to the list of collaborators to your application and provide me a link to your application? This will allow us to check your settings and run some tests to fix the mentioned problem.

To add our Support Team as a collaborator, you need to do the following steps in the Bubble Editor:

Settings > Collaboration > Add email support@zeroqode.com

Note: avoid the warning message regarding the plan, as we are an agency and you can easily add us to your collaborators.

Looking to hear you soon.
Regards,
