AWS File Upload - Any Size is working very well for me except when someone tried to upload a .mov file. The behavior is a bit strange because it does not open the file in the preview but instead, it downloads the file. Consequently, these files do not get integrated into my bubble application properly. You can see the issue in the short video at this link: https://videosp4bc.s3.us-east-2.amazonaws.com/Video+Issue.mp4
Hi @jwoodall, thanks for reaching out and appreciation of our plugin.
To display a .mov video file preview (due to the fact that it is an iOS-specific file type, not all browsers can display it properly), it is required to use a video player plugin that supports such file type.
Hope this helps. If there will be any other plugin-related questions, please let me know.
Regards,
Got it. That makes sense. I’ll make that change. Thanks.
Does Zeroqode’s Video Player Plugin support .MOV files?
Yes, you can test this on our plugin demo page: https://zeroqode-demo-06.bubbleapps.io/video_player_new_responsive
Regards,
I installed the Video Player plugin in my app and everything works like a charm. Thanks so much.
