Hello. I am having trouble with screenshots.
The images appear normal on the screen,
but when I take a screenshot using your plugin,
the image ratio gets distorted like below
I plan to upload photos with various ratios and hope that the ratios won’t be distorted.

I have tested printing a PictureUploader element on our end and noticed as well that the created image is widening. I have forwarded this matter to our development team for further investigation and we’ll keep you updated as soon as we have more information.

We have looked into the concern you previously reported. The problem is occurring because the html2canvas library used by the plugin doesn’t support the ‘object-fit’ CSS property, which is being used by the Picture Uploader Bubble element and, in your case, is causing the image to widen.
For your use case, you might consider using an Image element instead of a PictureUploader element, or you can also opt for other more advanced PDF-generating plugins such as:
