I got this error when trying to upload a mp4 video of 1Mb to Twitter with your plugin.
Here is how my workflows are setup:

Note: Uploading message and image work fine.

Our developer team examined the reported issue and found that the reason why some video files are not being sent via the plugin and throwing an error - is the Twitter blocking those videos from the upload and sending on the platform.
Even if we try to upload and post the mentioned video directly (on the Twitter page itself) - it is not working: https://prnt.sc/10dpdn3
Unfortunately, the Twitter supporting documentation is not providing a clear response, that might allow us to identify the cause of the issue. https://developer.twitter.com/en/docs/twitter-api/v1/media/upload-media/uploading-media/media-best-practices
Please consider the option to address the question to the Twitter support directly: https://help.twitter.com/en/contact-us
Also, as a recommendation, please try to use and upload videos in other file formats, like .mov for example.
