So, I want to know I pay the is my customization will vanish ? Need to start from scratch ?

If you would like to purchase the full version, the changes you made in the lite version will not be available in the full version, unfortunately. Since they are separate templates, you will have to do all the work manually because there is no automatic option to auto-merge.
