Upgrading from Standard to Developer licence

Hello,

As a lifetime subscriber, I have 20% off on template purchasing.

If I buy one of the Standard templates now then I need to upgrade to the Developer version a few weeks from now. Will I still get the 20 % discount on the rest of the payment after subtracting for the initial purchase ?

Kindly note that the 20% off is related only to the standard license price. On developer license purchase, the amount paid will exclude only the discounted price of the template.

Currently, my Bubble and Zeroqode accounts both using the same email address. Will my purchased template work with a newly created Bubble account using a different email address?

Sorry for not being clear on my question. Let start where I first met Bubble:

  1. I created an account with Bubble for testing purpose using the email “test@email.com”. This is my playground for all kind of apps so it is not clean.

  2. During this time, I became a paid Zeroqode member using the same above email (test@email.com). I also tried one free Zeroqode template.

  3. Recently, I have created a new Bubble account with a different email address “live@email.com”. This will be use to launch my real application so I want it to be clean and independent from the other Bubble account.

  4. My question is: will there be any issue to use a purchased template from the above Zeroqode account with my newly created Bubble account?

Kindly note that Zeroqode account and Bubble.io accounts are not connected between them.
Please specify on each of the Bubble.io accounts the template has been purchased and what do you mean by “use” (customization works or using as a customer).

Great! Somehow I thought Bubble and Zeroqode connected to each other.

By “use”, I meant to buy a template and using it in my Bubble account.

Anyway, thanks for all the information and I will get one of your template today or tomorrow.

As the “live@email.com” Bubble account will be used for launching real applications, please be sure to log in it before the template purchase.
In case you will purchase the template standard license, please indicate the 20% discount code in Coupon code field.

Also, before buying a template, I would recommend getting a full overview of its capacities, by following these steps:

  • test the template functionality/design by visiting its Web demo page.
  • make sure that you have checked the template documentation to investigate the structure and main features of the current setup (“Documentation link” on the right side of the template page).

I just bought one of your $249 template, with a 20% discount code it came down to $199.2 when checking out. Then I received an invoice from Bubble ( not from Zeroqode) for the full $249. Is it normal?

No, normally it should keep the discounted price in the invoice. As all the Template and Plugin sales go through the Bubble marketplace, please contact the Bubble team for support and solution of your case.

Bubble support team sent me back to you - the Zeroqode guys (see following email). I think it best to follow their advise by getting the refund first.

Yes, in this case, you can pass again all template purchasing process, and be sure that everything was done right.
See if the template price will change accordingly after the 20% Coupon code insert, and press the “Buy now” button.
