I just installed the Uplance template and not sure why the Nav bar responsive is not the same as the demo. The demo shows the hamburger menu.
Here is the screenshot for the issue:

The responsive design is developed to cover the most used mobile resolutions like 360x640, 375x667, 414x736 etc. Most probably the hamburger menu didn’t appear because you used not a standard resolution. Anyway if you will need the hamburger menu in other resolutions you can change the settings.
