To clarify, i meant that in the image below for the search conditional, the data source for the visibility options should include both anyone AND “only Uplance talent”.

Thanks for the provided details.
Please allow us to mention that mentioning both conditions (visible for anyone and for Uplance talent) is incorrect. Note, that in case you want to make the general visibility (visible for anyone), you don’t need to implement any conditions.
The job will be visible for anyone by defaulr until you will set another condition.
For this reason, the Data Source shouldn’t include “anyone” visibility condition
