Is it possible to create thumbnails of video with the uploadcare plug-in ? there is not the option in the plug-in to create thumbnails. Then I would like to know if uploadcare plugin allows this or if I should better take the AWS upload plug-in ?

Unfortunately, Uploadcare plugin doesn’t have the functionality for thumbnails creation. And I am afraid that this functionality is not present either in AWS uploader.
Video Player plugin allows you to set the thumbnail of the video manually but I am not sure if this is what are you looking for. Here you can find it, in case you want to check the plugin: https://zeroqode.com/plugin/video-player-1512891053548x348823817833938940
