This plug in is a major part of my app and it was working this morning. Now it has stopped working in both my app and on the Zeroqode plugin demo site. I am hoping this can be addressed quickly.

I am having the same issue as of today. It looks like the failure is happening here:

Hi, it’s already 14 hours the issue remains unresolved.
Do you have timeline or providing the fix?
Since this is a core functionality of my my platform - I’m already losing customers because of it.

My app is currently practically unusable without the PDF generation feature, since generating PDFs is a core part of the workflow for my users.
I’ve been receiving a lot of complaints from my users since this issue started yesterday, and it is having a serious impact on the operation of my app.
Could you please provide an update on the investigation and, if possible, confirm whether a fix is already being worked on or deployed?

We are happy to announce that the issue with the Page to PDF Converter plugin has been fully resolved.
Our development team has deployed a fix following a scheduled server-side security update. Standard PDF generation functionality is back online and working as expected.
If your setup uses the feature to upload the generated PDF back into your Bubble application using a token from the “Get token” action, please perform this quick one-time update:
- Run the “Get token” action in your workflow again (or refresh the stored token if you save it in your database).
- Enter the new token in the settings of your Converter to PDF element.
This update takes just a minute to complete. Standard PDF generation works without this step - updating the token is only required if you upload the generated files directly into your application.

It didn’t really get resolved. The file is downloadable now, but the document formatting is completely off to what it’s expected to be.
For example: when an image is included, it’s placed completely wrong and dimensions are not kept.
Another example would be: font and text formatting are not what is expected to be. HTML elements are not included.
Everything is off
I can download the pdf now but everything is off

Same issue after the fix — PDF generates but layout is completely broken, everything is compressed and distorted.
