I just purchased the Video Player plugin and with the very first video I receive this error. Does this puging support YouTube videos?
The plugin Video Player / element New Video Player threw the following error: TypeError: YT.Player is not a constructor

It should be pretty straightforward to follow and create the same setup, which works as you may test it on the Demo Page.

Hi , i am testing the video player plugin in different scenarios for my project , I’ve noticed something when i tried to use it with custom state ,for example i open a pop up then add multiple links " The same logic as the plugin demo " after that i close the pop up and open new pop up in the same page and added new links … what happened is the videos from the FIRST popup “Thumps” display in the SECOND popup ( even if the links different in the database "

Unfortunately, we can not reproduce or investigate this issue without more info. Can you please describe your case in more detail? Please attach all the necessary info like:
Screenshots with the settings of all elements;
Loom video record of reproducing your issue + how and when you receive an error;
Used Custom states.

I have the same issue with NewVideoPlayer as peter4 faced.
It occasionally works, but usually does not work and throw the error below. My devices are iPhone/Safari, Android/Chrome and Mac/Chrome and the issue happens on every device.
(30%: Successfully Plays the video. 70%: Fails to Play the Video and throw the error below)
I am setting a Youtube uri up with Dynamic Link. It looks like coming from the connection issue between Youtube and this plugin rather than users’ setting.

The issue does not seem to reproduce on our side, therefore for us to reproduce your issue, I would like to kindly ask you to show us your settings of the “video player element”, and please share how you configured the workflows. Also, if you can send us any valuable information (screenshots, videos showing when you are getting the error) these will help us to reproduce your issue on our side and would be a great help for us to investigate your issue further.
