The same page, same video, same everything. Works on dev mode but on the live version the video won’t start. Has anyone encountered this issue?

As long as the issue is not reproducing on our side, could you please make sure if you’ve deployed the database in Live. If so, then please try to reinstall and move the plugin a bit and to deploy in Live once again. And then give it another try.
In case the plugin is still not working please share more detailed info like element setup and workflow screenshots, consol.logs, database screenshots.
