I’ve carefully checked the plugin’s live demo page and everything is working on it, the recording starts and stops, and you can download the video and preview it.
I’m using the same version of the Google Chrome browser. Have you tried a different browser?
To help us better understand what was going wrong in your app with our plugin, can you please send us more details like the issue/use case description, workflow/setup screenshots, and steps to reproduce it, for screencast recording I can suggest you use the Loom tool, etc.?
This will let us reproduce your setup on our side and find out if there is a plugin issue or some restrictions from the Browser console.
