Walkthrough & Onboarding tour plugin issue

Having issues while integrating this plugin into a mobile app (When there are Floating Groups on the page).

What it does is, it fades the whole page and only highlight Floating group on the page. Group with the specific key does not get highlighted nor it shows any popup for that group. Tried it on different pages but specifically having issues on the page with Floating group.

When we try to highlight an element/group in floating group, it highlights the whole floating group.

Would it be convenient to share more details related to the reported issue?
Namely:

  • screenshots and/or screencasts of your setup - workflows, plugin settings (for the screencast recording, let me please suggest using the Loom tool).
  • screenshots and/or screencast of the issue you have (debugger, browser console, etc);
  • steps to reproduce your issue;

This will allow us to identify any possible cause much faster.

I’ve tried the same workflows on pages without floating groups and it works perfectly fine there.

Hopefully this screen recording will help understand the issue and also help the community.

Meanwhile, please try moving the plugin element on the page instead of being inside a floating group and see if that will help you.

Due to additional investigation, we have some additional questions regarding your setup, can you please add our Support Team email to the list of collaborators to your application and provide me a link to your application? This will allow us to check your settings and run some tests to find a solution.

To add our Support Team as a collaborator, you need to do the following steps in the Bubble Editor:
Settings > Collaboration > Add email support@zeroqode.com

Note: avoid the warning message regarding the plan, as we are an agency and you can easily add us to your collaborators.

Also, please take into consideration as a side note: that the plugin does not work with floating groups, since they are not on the page, but, as it were, on top of it.
