Wasabi cloud storage plugin not retrieving files

There are multiple issues we are facing with this plugin: Wasabi Cloud Storage Plugin for Bubble | Zeroqode

1. Retrieve files action is triggering a file uploader window, which it shouldn’t.
2. The retrieved image is not being displayed with s3 url in the bubble app with this error - The image is not loaded at path … (Is this due to public/private access)?
3. The s3 url of retrieved audio file doesn’t load the audio in audio player plugin.

Can someone help here? Is retrieved file s3 url the right field to use to access files from wasabi?

Please share a screencast with the bubble inspector on, in a step-by-step mode, this will allow us to identify the issue on your side much faster.

Yes, if the file is private, it can no be displayed on page.

1. The s3 url of retrieved audio file doesn’t load the audio in audio player plugin.

To have the list of retrieved files URLs available, please be sure to use the "Retrieve files " action.

Hope this will help. In case the issue persists, please check in step by step mode of Bubble inspect, if the retrieved file URL value is passed correctly to be played.
