Wasabi plug-in version causes errors in workflow editor?

I decided to finally upgrade my Wasabi plug-in version.
But it created an error in the workflow editor, and it took a bit to track down.

If I upgrade past 1.122.0 I can no longer add steps to workflows. I would not think a plug in could create an error in the editor itself, but it appears to be for me. And it does not matter which browser I use.

I made a video to demonstrate but I don’t know how to share that here.

Hi @jon3,

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience with the Wasabi Cloud Storage Plugin.

The issue you’re encountering with the workflow editor after upgrading past version 1.122.0 is important to investigate.

Could you please share the video you mentioned demonstrating the problem? You can upload it to a service like Loom and send us the link.

Also, feel free to share screenshots of your workflow and plugin setup.
You can always check plugin documentation and demo editor to see how it’s configured on our live demo.

Looking forward to your reply so we can assist you further!

I don’t use loom or anything like that, but here is a link to the screen recording in my file share app. Maybe that will work?
You will see me switch versions of the plug-in and the effect on my editor. This happens on Chrome, Safari, and Firefox.

Hi @jon3,

Thanks for the video recording! This behavior is new to us, and we’re not sure why it’s happening.

I tested it on my side with version 1.123.0 and couldn’t reproduce the issue, but it did occur when I downgraded to version 1.122.0. You can see this in my screen recording.

Additionally, after updating to 1.122.0, when I open the workflow tab, I get these errors, and clicking the plus button to add a new action causes the workflow page to crash with this error.

Since the plugin cannot affect the workflow editor like this, I recommend reporting this to Bubble Support at support@bubble.io, including the errors I’ve shared above.

Please let me know what the Bubble team says, as we want to be aware in case other users face the same issue.

Looking forward to your update!

Best regards :sunflower:

OK, thanks.
your first link “these errors” seems to go to a blank page, but the second one works.
I too inspected a bit and saw some errors on the browser.
I submitted this to Bubble 2 days ago and shared the video, and they have not responded. So given the state of Bubble support these days, I doubt we will hear anything meaningful back from the.

Hi @jon3,

Here’s the screenshot of the errors that weren’t uploaded correctly.

I hope the support team can assist with this. However, I did notice that after updating the plugin and refreshing the editor, the issue seems to be resolved.

FYI, Bubble support managed to fix this issue after a week or so. Here is what they said:

Hi, Jon! Eduarda here – thank you for your continued patience.

Our engineers have deployed a fix for this behavior – please give this a try and let us know what you find!
