Wasabi plugin: Error uploading PDF file

Hello, I need help regarding the Wasabi plugin. It is showing error when uploading files with pdf extension. And I tested the plugin’s demo link and it also has the same error.

Actually, I just tested it and saw that the error is not just with PDF but various other extensions like xls, csv, zip. I already inform you that I tested with the Accept field empty and detailing each extension and it didn’t work. See the video.

Hi @lucas.air, thanks for reaching out and reporting this issue.

We’ve checked and shortly will fix the design issue that we have on the demo page (in fact it is related to the demo page UX flow, not the plugin functionality).

In your case, if you don’t use the auto-submit option in the plugin element, please use the action “upload files”.

Please let me know if I can help with anything else related to our plugin.

Regards,

Hi Serg,

Thanks for the answer, but I’m already using this action when the green button is clicked.

For these types of files they don’t even appear in the preview.

Hi @lucas.air, thanks for your reply.
Please let us know if on your page you’ve used the same plugin element and design setup as on our demo page (we will update the plugin demo page shortly to fix the above-mentioned issue).

Looking forward to your reply.

Regards,

Hi Serg,

I identified the error, it’s not that it’s not uploading other files. It turns out that the preview’s empty queue condition is only working when it’s an image.

By disabling this condition, the other formats enter the upload queue normally.

Hi @lucas.air, thanks for letting us know that the issue is solved.

if there will be any other support required from our side, please let me know

Have a nice weekend ahead!

Regards,
