Wasabi Presigned URL Expiration Limit

Hello,

I´m confused about wasabi plugin function presigned URL expiration time (timeslot). Almost all internet sources say AWS presigned url maximum expiration time is 7 days, but I could not find wasabi presigned url maximum expiration time. Zeroqode Wasabi plugin offers timeslot option for seconds, minutes, hours, days, weeks and months.

Are Wasabi presigned urls maximum expiration time over 7 days? Can I presign for months? Is there a limit for the maximum time presigned urls are effective in wasabi?

You are correct. The maximum expiration time for a presigned URL is 7 days, and it is not possible to presign URLs for weeks or months. We apologize for any confusion caused.

To address this issue, we will be removing those fields from the dropdown. We are actively working on this update and will notify you as soon as it is ready. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we appreciate your understanding.

Thanks for the feedback.

When I oppened this topic (22 June 2023), I created a presigned url with a very long expiration date, and it is still working as follow:

For my app, I´ll work around it to have all url presigned for 1week maximum to avoid any problem! But Wasabi problably deals diferently from AWS regards this 7 days limit.
