Hey guys,
I just suscribed to test this plugin.
I don’t understand the difference between mention tagger and parameter tagger.
Thanks!

Hey @joaquintorroba ,
Thank you for contacting us.

The Mention & Tag Users/Items (Tagger) plugin by Zeroqode allows you to implement a rich tagging and mention functionality inside your Bubble app—similar to how platforms like Twitter or Facebook let users mention people or reference items using @username or #hashtag.

What about parameter tagger, I didn’t find such a plugin, maybe this plugin is from another developer.
If that’s the case, I can’t tell you what difference they make, I can only emphasise that we always support our plugins and improve them, so the choice is up to you

Best Regards,
Anton

Hey Anton,
Thanks for the reply.
No, it’s the same plugin but it has 2 elements when you install it (see image).
I was wondering how “parameter” works (“mention” is very clear).

Hey @joaquintorroba ,
Thank you for your reply.

I double-checked this plugin on our demo page and also found two elements:

Paramenter: This element is created to mention parameters between a start and end symbol. For example: <parameter 1> or {parameter 2} (Screenshot)

Mention: This element is created to mention users/items with a single symbol/trigger. For example: @user or #channel-1

Have a nice day!

Best Regards,
Anton
