Xero & Quickbooks plugins

I’ve just got a couple of questions about the plugins:

1. Can the Xero plugin create invoices in the connected Xero account? E.G my users can create invoices in my app, can those invoices them be pushed in to their Xero account? At least in draft?

2. Can the QB plugin be used to connect to my user’s QB accounts like the Xero plugin?

I’m afraid that the current plugin functionality doesn’t allow to create invoices in the connected account, only retrieve existing data.
