Hello, @guygreen63. Thank you for reaching out.
Would you please tell me a bit more details about your use case? Like:
This information will help us try to find a solution for the issue you have.

Hello @kate
I am generating a repeating group and I use the rg-to-csv plugin to allo my users to export the RG data to a CSV file.
The RG is place in a group on the page.
Windows - Chrome
Any clues as to what I am doing wrong with rg-to-csv?
Kate, did you see what I sent you to help in finding a solution ?
Thanks
Guy
From the error message you have, it seems like the root cause of it may be in the table captions ID. Please make sure you have identical IDs in the Captions (group ID) field of the plugin actions and the ID attribute field of the group element with the table captions.
Also, you may add our support@zeroqode.com email to the list of your app collaborators to let us check the plugin performance within your environment. Since the issue you have is not reproducing on our side, it might be useful to check it in your app to find out why it is happening.
Adding a Zeroqode support account to collaborators does not require a paid plan (also please provide edit rights to us to be able to create a test page with the plugin in your app).
Thank you.
I fixed it.
What it was is that the Table Captions from field was set to Group.
I changed it to Manually(comma separated) and the problem was fixed.
Maybe you do already,… but you should have a quick video showing how to proceed to set this plugin up and use it. Documentation is very hard to follow.
Thanks,
Guy
@kate : how do we reset the URL to empty?
What I mean is that if I have a reset button, and when clicked, I would like to reset the rg-to-csv GameList’s URL for downloading:firts to empty.
Thanks
Guy
Thanks for your feedback. We will review the plugin documentation to make it clearer and more convenient.
I’m afraid, you can not reset the plugin’s state to empty. It can be changed only when the “Download CSV rg-to-csv” is triggered with a new value, but not empty, I’m afraid. The only page refresh can empty the plugin’s “URL for downloading” state.
But you can create a custom state, which value will be the “RG to CSV’s URL for downloading”. You can make this custom state blank after some action was made.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
