@Zeroqode Support - desperately need help

Hi Zeroqode,

When I log into zeroqode, I get sent a magic link. I change my password, all is ok.

When try to login to zeroqode labs (which I bought lifetime membership to), I get promoted with a message to merge the accounts. When I click merge, I get an endless loop - where I cannot login.

I have tried multiple machines, and multiple browsers. My account is bugged.

Can you please assist? I have tried contacting you by both email and message via Intercom. the messages via intercom keep getting deleted? Something very weird happening with my acc.

First of all, allow me to note that we are terribly sorry for the experience you faced with the login into the Zeroqode Lab platform.

We are currently conducting the bug fixing process - this is our’s highest priority task at the moment. Once it is fixed - I get back to you.

Hello, @matt3

We have managed to fix this issue. Can you please test it now? Please follow these steps:

  1. go to zeroqode.com ;
  2. login as your user;
  3. once you’re logged in to zerooqde.com, go to “learn n-code” in the header;
  4. once you’ll be redirected to lab.zeroqode.com, log in as your same user;
  5. you’ll see the popup “this user is already existing”, press LOG IN again;
  6. you’ll be redirected to the signup page, please log in;
  7. if the website will ask you to reset/change your password - please reset;
  8. login to the lab under the reset pass and let me know if it worked and you were able to login to Zeroqode LAB.

Please try all these steps and let us know about the result.
