Not being able to check if a customer cancelled his subscription doesn’t sound like a custom scenario to me. It’s a pretty basic feature.
Moreover it works on Google Play store and does not work on App Store, therefore it’s definitely not a setup issue.

We use the official methods (via the custom library) of the AppStore and Google Play. Our team tested the performance of it and the results and it is okay on our side, I’m afraid.
If the result is not correct on your side, the problem is on the side of the Apple Store.

Ok.
I will wait till then and give it a try.
If it doesn’t work I will be changing to BDK I’m afraid.
