ZQ Rich Text editor 2.0 does not load initial data

I have bubble app running on dedicated bubble instance and the ZQRTE does not load the text data for editing yet I used the editor to create the data in the first place and can confirm that text data is stored in bubble database ok . The text data that should load is in field: body as shown in screen shot.

The RTE is on popup window and data from RG is loaded onto popup as confirmed by the message subject that is filled out

Maybe you have problem with plugin not supported on dedicated environment?

Also bubble new rich text editor doesnt work only the legacy editor works

From the information you’ve provided it does not seem that dedicated instance of bubble server has an influence, nor it should have as far as I know.
However I see that you’ve created an object into database.

I presume it could a configuration issue of the plugin.

Alternatively, would you kindly provide more details, like screenshots of element setup, workflow setup, steps to reproduce the issue, console.logs , etc so we could help you better?
